Job Description

Our Client is a well known Young growing firm exploring to hire Lead HR for their Bangalore office.

We are seeking an HR Lead to establish and oversee HR practices within our organization in Mumbai and hire the best in industry talent across the org. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to various HR functions particularly Talent acquisition, HR Compliance, HR OPS and Talent Management. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders. In this fast-paced environment, you will have the chance to significantly impact our organization's growth and success.

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and transformation.

- Drive workforce planning and succession management.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

- Oversee recruitment for leadership and critical roles.

- Strengthen employer branding and talent pipelines.

Performance & Talent Management:

- Design and manage performance management systems

- Lead leadership development and high-potential programs.

- Drive learning and development initiatives.
