We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through job portals, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT / Non-IT positions
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates till onboarding
