Job Description
One of our client are seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals from the Life Insurance industry to lead branch operations and drive business growth. The role involves managing a sales team, driving recruitment, coaching team members through field support, and ensuring achievement of business targets.
Locations: Nashik | Jabalpur | Halol | Junagadh | Mehsana | Jamnagar | Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
Drive branch sales and achieve monthly business targets.
Lead and manage a team of 10–25 sales professionals.
Conduct regular Joint Field Work (JFW) to coach and support team members.
Ensure 100% activation and productivity of the sales team.
Plan and execute lead generation activities on a weekly basis.
Recruit and develop high-quality sales talent.
Maintain persistency levels of 90% and above.
Organize recruitment drives and ensure regular team expansion.
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions where required.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
Experience in Agency Channel and/or Direct Marketing preferred.
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in recruitment and team development.
