Job Description
We are looking for a Product & Growth Manager to manage and grow our tech-enabled job portal. This is a dynamic role combining Product Management, Business Development, and Digital Growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the job portal and drive product improvements, feature development, and user experience.
Work with the technology team on product requirements, testing, integrations, and enhancements.
Build and manage relationships with corporates, recruiters, colleges, and universities.
Drive onboarding of companies and campuses and increase jobs, registrations, applications, and platform engagement.
Track product and business metrics to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
Support digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and other user acquisition initiatives.
Conduct market and competitor analysis across the HRTech, EdTech, and recruitment technology space.
