Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Product & Growth Intern who will work across Product, Business Development, Marketing and Outreach for our job portal. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to multiple functions in a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and improving the job portal and its features.
Research user needs and suggest product enhancements.
Reach out to colleges, companies and potential users for platform onboarding.
Support business development and lead generation activities.
Assist with digital marketing and social media initiatives.
Drive candidate and employer engagement on the platform.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Maintain outreach, lead and engagement data using Excel/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams on new product and growth initiatives.
Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech, BCA, BBA, or related courses.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and online research.
Interest in Product Management, Business Development, Marketing or Startups.
Proactive attitude with strong ownership and willingness to learn.
